Background
Appointment: August 2022.
James started in healthcare in 2010 joining the award-winning NHS Graduate Management Training programme specialising in Finance. He has spent much of his career in the NHS and has worked in various acute hospitals as well as regulatory bodies. Most recently he worked in the private sector as a Finance Director for Spire Healthcare covering both Bristol and Cardiff hospitals.
This is James’ first Executive Director appointment. He is fully CIMA qualified and has a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Cardiff. Outside of work James likes to spend time with family and friends, enjoys cooking and is a keen football fan.
